Flag Retirement Ceremony
We once again will be holding an "American Flag Retirement Ceremony" one of the nights of this year's Rally.
If you have any OLD, TORN, TATTERED, or FADED American flags please bring them to the Rally with you and they will be collected for the Ceremonial Team to retire them in an honorable manner. The Ceremonial Team will take any American Flag, no matter what material it is made of.
We will be collecting them at the Registration or Packet Pickup Building so bring them with you when you come and pick up your Rally Packet. This building will be announced at a future posting by the Wagon Master Team!

Walt-- You will have to ask the Wagon Masters and their team about a 911 Ceremony. They are the ones setting up the schedule of events. I do know it will not be part of the Flag Retirement Ceremony.

I forgot to bring my flag when we picked up our packet. Where can I turn the flag in at now?

Hi Debbie,
You can either bring your flag to the ECCC Building and there is a tub in the Mountaineer Room where the Charity and T-shirt Sales booths are or you can bring it over to our campground site of 450 and leave it with us there. Thank you for contributing to the Flag Retirement Ceremony and retiring the flag with honor!

The Flag Retirement Service has had to be rescheduled for Thursday the 15th do to the weather. It will be held at the Campfire area for the Rally at 6 PM. Hope to see everyone there for this service.
