Meet and Greet
Rosetta and I will coordinate the Meet and Greet.
When: 16 June 2011
Where: The pavillion
Time: 7PM
We are going to need a couple of folks to help with the setup and teardown. We also need finger food.
Items being brought:
Rosetta and George: Plates, eating utensil, cups, table clothes, something.
Dennis and Judy: Snacks
Ray and Phyllis: Cheese and crackers
Steve and Betty: Something good
John and Judy: Something
Al and Nita: Cheese and crackers
John and Jodi: Bread bowl dip

We were at the campground today looking around. The Rec Hall that we will use is large, neat and clean. Plenty of tables and chairs for our use. Good lighting.
We can have the building Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Sunday during the day.
Meet and Greet is Thursday. I see the time is 7:PM.

You said we have the Rec Hall during the day. Does that mean we need to move our Meet and Greet time to an earlier one? If so what time do we have the Rec Hall?

We have four couples who have volunteered to bring something to the Meet and Greet. Our latest count is 16 rigs which puts it at about 32 people. We need a few more to bring finger food.
This is a BYOB (bring your own beverage) affair.

George - Judy and I will participate and will bring something but not sure what. We are at the end of a kitchen remodeling project. Judy is itching to get cooking and baking again but that may not happen until after the rally. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
