We have had a Viair 12V portable for years, outstanding investment, small, lightweight and goes to 100PSI with no problem.

I bought a cheap hotdog compressor from Menards to install a floor when we still owned a house. It is now in the RV, when it fails, we'll replace it with a Viair mounted in the truck. Can't get much better than the Viar compressors!
