Gary, if you haven't already, go to the city water inlet, remove the screen filter, then stand aside while you push the white pin. Clear water will shoot out (which is why you stand aside). If you don't do this and get a prolonged freeze it may push the o-ring out of place and the one-way valve in the connection will no longer work properly. It's a PITA to get that o-ring back in place (been there) and sometimes you end up replacing that entire water intake unit (been there, too).
