Make Your Reservations

Ok Everyone we're all set! Call Marge at Saratoga RV Park 518-798-1913 or email her reservations@saratogarv.com. She is taking all the reservations for the Rally. She is requiring a 1 night deposit. If we get 20 rigs then it is $25 a night, less than 15 rigs is $27 a night. All sites have water, electric, sewer, and cable tv. Tell her you are with the Monatana Rally. Also please post here after you have made your reservations so I can keep a count of how many people are going. Fred and I will be there Thursday June 2. We are getting siteseeing info together so give out at the Welcome dinner for the Rally so an accurate count would be appriciated.

Exactly where is this place? I tried looking them up in the Woodalls and either I am blind or they are not there. Blind is probably right.

Fred,
We are 80% sure that we will be attending the rally but I can't be 100% until some time in late March or April.
Will let you know as soon as we possiblely can.

I haven't made reservations yet.

I want to go just to meet people. This will be my first rally and the first time I have ever met someone from the online world.

I wish they had a web site to research the amenities. I was thinking about taking some extra time to explore the area. There was another pricer CG that was discussed. Not sure if I should book there for a few days. My wife likes the pools, saunas and hot tubs. I have an inground pool just not the sauna and hot tub. But she gets what she wants. So maybe some day... I like to explore, she could just stay at the CG and be happy, if it has what she wants.

Back on topic. I'll probably book it. I just haven't yet.

Fred and Jen, I know you said you would be arriving Thursday the 2nd of June. So I'm assuming 3rd and 4th of June are the rally and departing on the morning of the 5th of June. I didn't find the exact dates in your posting. Please correct if in err.

When: June 3 - 5 2005 Northeast Rally (Some are staying June 2-6)
Where: Saratoga RV Park
Email Contact: reservations@saratogarv.com
Phone Contact: 518-798-1913 (Marge)
W/E/S/cable deposit $27.00
20 or more sites $25; less than 15 sites $27 / night

Chris, The Rally will start Friday night June 3rd. Probably a dessert get together or maybe a dinner not decided on that yet. check out is monday June 6th for those that can stay that late. I'm planning and having a brunch before the people that have to leave on Sunday go and for those who are left we'll have a campfire or games Sunday evening. Hope this helps to clear things up. I have not structured the rally to much. I would like people to have the time to sitesee if they want to. So it will probably be alot like the National Rally was. Potluck dinners in the evening with a few daytime activites for those who don't venture out.

Fred and Jen, what's the latest total for the Rally? Last time I saw a figure it was five reservations.

I'm sorry that it took so long for us to respond. It's been quite hectic here over the past week. I'll try to call Marge later this week or early next week to get a current tally.

You can always just stop down to visit the rally! We had a couple of people do that at the National in Goshen.

I just got in touch with Marge...She has 5 confirmed reservations right now.

Marge also gave us the contact info for a local Montana dealer, Alpin Haus. We want to notify them of the rally and see if they can do anything for us. But, before we contact them, we would like to know a how many members plan on attending.

So, Let us know if you are planning on attending but haven't registered yet with the campground.

Fred and Jen,
I just e-mailed for reservations for the campground.
Found out today that the wedding we thought was that weekend is really later on in the month.
We are planning on arriving Friday night.
Thanks

Hi All,

We are firming up our summer weeks and weekend camping trips and this was right up there on the priority list.

I attempted to call them yesterday however I received no answer. The phone just rang and rang. I emailed them instead yesterday but due to a misspelling it bounced back so I just resent it today. Awaiting their reply for payment.

So tentativly we will be there.

Thanks Fred and Jen for all your time and effort you've put into this rally

Update. As of 5/3 we have 11 rigs signed up. That's great.
