3120 frame flex

We have a 2019 3120. We have towed it very little as we’ve lived in it while rebuilding our home in Paradise, CA following the Camp Fire.

We have what appears to be a vertical frame flex. This separation appears to be happening on the vertical relief cut.

Has anyone else experienced this type of separation? Pic makes it appear as a vertical separation but it is actually vertical by area where bedroom slider comes out.

We had ours fixed by Affinity RV Group in Goshen Indiana.

We’re in Northern California. Lippert has authorized inspection of area but closest dealer will not work on Montana unless bought from them. We’re trying to work out our next step.

There is a Keystone plant in Pendleton OR. Might be a long shot, but perhaps Keystone customer service could arrange for them to look at it. Or, continue calling around to dealers. The closest dealer to me also has the "we won't work on it if you didn't buy it from us" attitude. Found one 50 miles down the road that has no problem working on it.

For us Goshen Indiana is 2 days drive. We will be heading there for December 6th warranty appointment.
