We have several other issues. The rig is currently at Lazydays in Tampa. We are not optimistic about the ability of any of the issues to be resolved before we depart 8/9 on our fall trip. Lazydays will return the rig to is on 8/5 regardless of repair status.

I see someone has listed “adding slide toppers” to their unit. Knowing this is an after market add on in most cases and can’t be free, what is Keystone actually offering to do and for how much?

We NEED TO CHANGE one(1) item. Please delete the Correct Trac Spring Hanger.

Please replace with: Have never been able to use Convection Oven because of horrible sounds it makes. Reaches temp and then sounds like it's a plane trying to take off.

Still need ceiling vent fan looked at, and probably replaced.
