2021 Western Region Rally Pot Luck Dinner
Tuesday July 6, 4:00pm
Bring your own chairs, plates, utensils, coffee/beverage cups, and beverage. Also bring tables if you have them.
The rally will provide coffee, hot water, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, napkins, hand sanitizer.
We currently have 41 rigs signed up for the rally. With a few guests, plan for 90-100 people. This will be an outdoor event.
Please bring the follow dish according to your last name.
No need to sign up or let us know what you are bringing.
Main dish: A-J (17, each dish should feed 8)
Vegetable and salad/fruit: K-S (16, each dish should feed 8)
Bread and dessert: T-Z (8, each dish should feed 14)

Looking at the photos, I see 7-8 tables inside the clubhouse (hope we can move them out on the patio), 4 picnic tables and 5 4-tops on the patio. The side of the clubhouse facing the patio has a garage door; we can open that, set up a few tables for food and the eating area will be outside. We will need everyone to bring chairs and what tables they have.
