Dead Batteries - not charging Montana TH381

I have a 2016 Montana TH381 and the batteries are not charging. I searched in the forum and found several posts about location behind the control panel but pulled it apart and nothing. I have searched high and low but no luck. I am starting to wonder if the 1000w power inverter is dual purpose but reading the sticker on it only shows DC input not output. I need help locating the correct battery charger in the unit. Help please.

First let's get the terminology right. An inverter takes DC power and converts it to AC. A converter takes AC power and converts it to DC. With that being said your inverter won't have anything to do with charging your battery. I have not torn into my rig much but I do believe that in the front storage compartment on the left hand side looking to the rear at the felt/carpet covered wall there is a section you can take out. I would think that the converter is located there. Go in with a flashlight and you should be able to see the seam and the four blackfaced screws in each corner of the panel.
Hope this helps. Maybe someone else with a 381 may know.

Our 2010 had the converter under the stairs.

Will tear into it in the morning in the storage compartment and look into the stairs but earlier I notice there was two vents on the stairs but no other panels that I could see.

Thanks Guys I was starting to get frustrated looking for it this afternoon, now there is hope:

I just fixed one. It was located behind the bulkhead in the front storage bay. It had two 40 amp fuses that blew.

Thank you so much. Mine was fresh out of the shop where the slide was removed. So I have been thinking fuses all along. Let the search begin.
