Campground on 95 2 hrs from South of the Border
Does anyone know of a easy in and out cg about 2 hrs from South of the Border heading south that would work for an overnight? Looking for easy in and out. Not to far off I 95 to SC GA area. Nice campground for our 38 ft Monty? Thanks ! Been searching but not a lot in the area. Heading to Florida.

You are welcome to overnight at Camping World at exit 41 off I 95 about an hour north of South of the Border. Ask for Donnie Blanz, tell him Larry sent you, as I am in Florida . You will have water, electric, and available dumping sta. No charge.

Thanks so much Larry would love it but looking for 2 hrs south of SOB on our way to Florida. We will keep the Infro in case we decide to stop earlier. Really appreciate you thinking of us. We may pull in and look around. Would be a nice place for break. We leave in 3 weeks 2 days 10 hrs and 15 min ..... buts who's counting? Lol!
Can not wait to get out of this cold in the east coast!

Try Cathead Creek Ranch in Derian Ga. We stayed there overnight on our way down. Staying there again on our way home. Good seafood rest just
Down the rd. If you stay ask the mgr for directions. Bad looking rest but excellent food and plenty. There is also a nice CG on the left side of 95 at Santee , Lake Club isat last exit before you cross Santee.

Oh my, I was way off because I didn't realize you meant I-95 and I think you also meant the Florida/Georgia state borders. Way on the other side of the country, there's a Hwy 95 at the CA/AZ borders and approaching the Mexico border and there's a LOT of campgrounds there, so I was very puzzled you couldn't find something.

Thanks I fixed my thread to make it clearer. Hook that's a little to far into GA but looks like a great place. We may have to go to plan B. The Santee cg is where we like to be thanks.

That's funny. We leave in three weeks minus three hours, but who's counting.

Bill and Cindy- We will be leaving in 3 weeks and 1 day but not towing the camper. Staying in Orlando and then to Key West. Thought I would respond to the post "How do you know when you are far enough south" by saying "when you look south and all you see is water". Keep in touch.

Our camping club use that park offend. It is ease in and out at exit 53. it also has a Cracker Barrel at that exit also. It should be right at 2 hours.
