Warranty reimbursement

In December we had a problem with the gas water heater on our 2010 Montanna. Keystone gave the go ahead to have someone repair it. We followed instructions carefully, had the repair done, paid the bill ourselves and then submitted everything to Keystone. It is now February and we are still awaiting our refund for the repairs. Has anyone else had this problem with Keystone?

I would call the person you spoke with and gave the authorization for the repair and ask that person to check on the status of the billing.

This is not a common problem to my knowledge....

Agree with Rich. I've never used that method but have not heard of any complaints like that. That's not to say it's not happened but I think the policy is to be more timely than that.

Agree with the above....if the repair was authorized - payment should be more timely.

Brenda, have you called Keystone to ask for the status of your refund? They close down between Christmas and New Years and maybe some on either side of that. I'm wondering if yours got misplaced in there somewhere. If you don't get an answer from the customer service rep, I'd ask to speak to the supervisor or manager. If Customer Service doesn't satisfy you, you might google for Keystone's corporate phone numbers and come in from that direction.
