shades falling down

I do feel that having a six ft D/N shade and only having two screws going into the paneling is sufficent to hold them up. Once again I have had the shades come loose and can see a few holes where it has been mounted before and I am the origional owner. It would seem that having a backing board behind or attach the shade to the framing would be stronger. The same problems exists with the long valance which has three screws into the overhead paneling. It looks nice but is flimsy, could you not use some type of moly for better support
