Keytv Multi source signal controller

Hello trying to help the guy in the campsite next to me. He has a 2019 keystone cougar 366rds a branch hit his antenna and broke it we have it all repaired but now the key TV LED light will not turn on the Multi source signal controller. We have 13 V power at the power source entering the control box. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

The coax to the antenna, or the antenna itself could be shorted. May have fried the MSSC. I junked ours & went back to the trusty old power inserter like has worked just fine for the past 40+ years.
