Question Backup camera for hitching up 5th wheel

I can't see my hitch well when backing up to connect. I have to turn and 'lay' on my center console while trying to back up (bad neck so can't turn much).
So I would like a backup camera that I could attach on the front rim of the bed or just cobble up something looking out the back window. I would prefer not having to cut any holes anywhere. A wireless camera would be best.
Has anyone done this and if so, advice????
Thanks.

I have HD&DVR digital wireless backup camera system on my truck. Works very well and has a 7inch screen. The problem you will have is connecting power912V) to the camera. The control plugs in to my cigar/utility outlet. I purchased from amazon, really like it.

Could you put a 7 way connector on it and plug it in the truck? The fifth wheel harness would not be connected yet.

My Ram came with a cargo and a backup camera, I do not use ether. You might be able to get the oem cargo camera installed as there in the anti collision brake light on the cab.

There is several 7 pin adapters around that you could probably use to provide, just look around. good idea.

My Garmin RV has the ability to connect two cameras and switch back and forth. I only use one for a backup camera but if I got the additional one I could easily attach it to the front of the bed or on the center brake light. I could get power from the cargo light and turn it on and off manually.
