"The Man Cave"
Went out in the Monty a few minutes ago; thinking of getting started on a few mods for this year’s camping season. The first would be to possibly replace the tube TV with a flat screen. I’m really becoming spoiled with the newer models that are out now. Even if I don’t do anything and procrastinate a little it’s a nice place to hide out! “What A Nice Man Cave”
On Edit I would like your links to your mods with the TV’s, Thanks!

I wish I could park mine at the house. I think I would move in.

I am glad mine is not at the house, if it was, Montana mod's are not eligible for inclusion on the "honey-do" list, and I would never get the things that I am "supposed" to be working on done. But Spring is coming!!

Mine sits in the yard and I started my cleaning/mods in early January. I have the Dish Net sat hooked up as well so it really is my mancave. All the inside cleaning is done and awaiting a full wash/hand wax in a few weeks. I would like to yank out the king size bed and get a comfy queen one in. Spring is almost here!!!

Love the Monty, but my real mancave includes the 106 inch projection screen with 2000 watt sound system. Can't fit all that in the Monty. Although we do carry a projector to do golf cart drive in movies at the campgrounds.

I don't have a man cave, but our biggest cat "Diego" uses the self in our bedroom closet, behind the clothes, as his man cave and only comes out to eat and poop. If he had TV in there I'd probably be in with him.

I am in the process of replacing my living room TV right now. Bought a nice heavy duty mount that will extend the TV out as much as 15". That is allowing be to build a cabinet behind the TV with racks for my DVDs and some shelves for other stuff. I can pull the TV out, access the DVDs, then push it back in for a nice finished look that hides what is behind. I can make use of that wasted space.
Almost complete, but will be a few days before I can finish the trim work and post completed pictures of it.

Every one jokes about my grandson and me using the Big Sky to eat crackers and cheese and watch TV in.

Southernthunder,
Where I live in the stickhouse, we get citywide blackouts more frequently than I'd like. In my case, with the trailer on the driveway, I bring out the generators and stay there until things pass. It's a very nice convenience and it makes the neighbors see us still doing our things and then come over and they talk about buying expensive generators to use as their backup stickhouse power (there aren't many trailers where I live). This only lasts as long as it takes to find out this is expensive. Then the power comes back on and all is forgotten.
We also use the trailer as an extension to our stickhouse. We live so far from everyone, that when people visit, they visit in droves and we run out of bedrooms pretty quick and they want to overnight. The trailer provides two more bedroom areas and another bathroom, if needed.
One of these days, I'll convert to lighter HD TVs and save some weight in the Monty. The other mods are on a long list.
