Has Anyone had this happen???
After returning from camping World on Wed. Walt was putting the tripod under the pin and I was taking things out of the closet when I saw the floor pull away from the wall and I could see daylight, I yelled at him and he came in to see what I was shouting about. Well he went out and took the weight off of the tripod and the floor moved back up to the wall. Now I have read about welds breaking and the frame flex but I do not remember anything about this, I have to say that the overhang has about a 1/8 inch separation but it is not all the way around just in spots. If this is one of these what do I need to do??? It seems like it is one thing after another.LOL. With us being FULL TIMERS it is hard to get stuff like this done. Please let me know what you think, this rig is a 2003 3280RL and has been for the most part good to us.

I would suspect a frame flex problem, Linda, but I'm no expert. Glen heartedly agrees. Welcome to the club. You know the fix....contact Keystone.

Sounds like frame flex to me also. It is a one day fix at the factory, not sure how long a dealer will take. Sounds like it is time to call the service center. Good luck.

The factory is in Pendleton, Oregon and is a Cougar factory. I took mine there last September. VERY Nice people there. I am sure someone will have the phone number for you soon. Yes they repaired mine at no cost to me except for the expenses to get it there and back home.
