Montana Total Loss - Looking Again

Our 2006 Montana 3400RL was flooded and is a total loss. We are once again in the market for a used 5th wheel. We were happy with the built quality of the '06, so we're leaning towards another Keystone product.

Looking for one that is 2-4 years old, slightly shorter than the 3400RL, must have W/D hookup and large window in the rear. Any suggestions on which models to look at or to stay away from? Thanks!!

Welcome to the forum! Can't help you with models as we full-time and are always looking bigger. Someone should be along soon who can help you on shorter Montanas.

You might look at a 3100RL, and at a few inches over 35 feet, it might be what you want. 2016 was the last year this model was made, so this also fits your age range. https://www.keystonerv.com/fifth-whe...archiveId=2903

Maybe a little biased here, but I think the 3100rl is great choice for camping and vacationing. For full timing it lacks a little storage room in the kitchen if you get the 4 door refrigerator. I think sometime in 2015 they made some changes to the more current look.

We have narrowed our search to the Montana 3100 RL or 305 and Coachmen 295 LS (which are impossible to find).

Sorry to hear about your loss. I have a 03 and love the build quality of my older RV. I do however drool on the newer RV's but mine still does a fine job with us. We don't camp much we just travel.

Our dealer in Jackson, TN has a Beautiful slightly used Montana 5th wheel. I think it is 2015. If we had not just bought our new Montana we would definitely buy this one.
Smallwoods Campers, Jackson, TN. 731-668-3288. Tell them Joe sent you.
