Weight loss management
When you are full timing, there is only so much room, so you have to make decisions. We have each lost thirty pounds. In this context, "weight management" has to do with the results of that loss.
We worked at losing the weight over the last year+ and are happy with the outcome and improved health. However, this left us with a mound of clothes that won't fit any more.
Ok, time to clean out all that won't fit. Now if you have ever lost weight, given away clothes only to gain it back, you probably stored the larger clothes "just in case". We did not feel we had that option as full timers. We hauled between 150 and 200 pounds of biggies to Goodwill. Bottom line is that our weight loss has to be one way because full timing weight management requires it.
