I have looked on the web and it seems that is the only place to purchase. Found a AAC34 it is the same size but I understand it is not made for rv use. It is only 152.00. The model I have is AAC24.

We got the refurbished one and are happy with it. I asked why they are refurbished and if they had been used. I was told they were all brand new but were returned by the RV mfrs because of some visual defect. If you look hard inside ours you can see a little dent in the back wall. It's barely noticeable. Ours was shipped to the Kansas City area and cost $16 in shipping. We'll go the same route again if we have to get another some day.

I ordered an AAC34 which is the same size, only the door opens with a handle instead of push button. Transferred the duct work and blower from the old one. The unit cost 152.00 free shipping.

Same as Steve above. These were returned units and not necessarily defective returns. They were all refurbished and any upgrades done. IMO depends on how much money you have to spend.
