LCD TV lift Stopped Working

The TV went down, fuse blew, replaced fuse and now it will not go up. I hear a click when pressing the up or down switch but no movement.

Need to figure out how to troubleshoot and see if it is jammed or loose wire but do not know how to remove the fireplace or gain access. Ideas?

There should be four wood plugs on the fireplace frame. Remove them and gain access to the screws holding the frame in place. That is how they did it on our unit which is pre-hidden TV.
Good luck.

If you have the TV in the back like ours (2008 365REQ), there are 3 screws in the face of the fireplace and it just slides out. Beyond that, I'm not sure that anyone from Keystone can help with diagnosing the lift; check the manual - I think they have a web site with instructions.

Called the dealer. The top corian panel lifts off and allows you to gain access. The problem was the lift power wire was getting jammed and shorted out. A simple splice and repositioning fixed the problem.
