Bedroom Slide Repair

After several requests I will show how I fixed my bedroom slide back in 2006. Tiny Pic discarded all my previous pixs on my post.

This time I will use PICASA

The link is:

http://picasaweb.google.com/greystro...omSlideRepair#

When you get there just click on slideshow and set the timing you want or manually go through them. Each Pix has a caption.

Let me know if there are any questions.

Tom

Tom,

Thank you for posting the pictures. They were as good as I remembered them.

I hope the fix is still working. Did you ever have to put those shims in?

Take care.

Too old MIMF but thanks for the comments. I will probably add some shims on the hydraulic assembly this summer after my March trip, Then I can get perfect adjustments. Also I am going to add one pix of where to seal to prevent this problem. Maybe tomorrow.

Hamrad,

The shims are notabsolutely essential but I will do it soon. And yes it has been working great for the last three years. Thanks for your comments and PICASA.

Jolu,

Thanks for your comments
