Has anyone towed their Monty from Winthrop to Newhalem Wa. across Wa.20.

Shouldn't be a problem. Out of Winthrop heading to Newhalem steep climb up Rainy pass. Check before you go. Road was closed last week because of fires. You should have no problem. Towed travel trailers and Monty over.

Towed the old fifth-wheel over with no problems. Was heading to Burnaby just outside of Vancouver. Very pretty and scenic drive back then. You should have no problems so long as the fires don't stop you.

Hwy-20 is closed in several spots due to the fires. There now is a fire in the Newhalem and Ross Lake area. Check out WSDOT map before you go - http://wsdot.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Vi...cd8765cd17d5a8
