Roof paint

I watch a camper put a coat of Lanco rubber paint on his fifth wheeler.It is a silicone paint that re flecks 78% on SUV and keeps cool being white with a 15 year warranty,has anybody heard of this product,it made his roof look new and it seals also.

I used KoolSeal on my last fifth wheel. Did a fine job. They make a variety for rubber roofs specifically.

Wonder if there is any issue using such a product on a newer roof still covered by warranty.

I think the roof manufacturer would say not to use it because..... they didn't think of it, they don't get a dime from the after market, they don't want to admit something could make their roof better and longer lasting, and finally, they make more money somehow replacing a roof (they'll just claim you didn't take care of it correctly and make it your dime).

If I used my rig a lot more, I'd do it. The products make too much sense and have been out too long to be a problem.
