Shower & Surround Replacement 2006 3380RL

We have had to replace our shower pan because of a drain crack, the base was not supported correctly on initial install. After checking with Keystone and all of the RV Dealers and Salvage on the west coast we found the pan was not made any longer. It is a neo-angle with a right angle corner....not to be confused with a radius corner () which was originally ordered from the dealer.
It seemed impossible to find one, finally Keystone gave us the name of who does their repairs (I know, but they don't deal with older/out of warranty stuff easily) Anyway, Tiera RV close to Keystone was able to help us. They knew exactly what the problem was and have the new shower on the way with a new surround to match the base and the corners. Will post pictures of the install has it progresses.

Thanks. Pictures are always very welcome. We don't have this problem at the moment, but do notice give when we step in. This may be information many of us need down the road.

Dick and Sharon,
My hope was that we had an isolated problem with the pan support, it has been very challanging. It may or maynot be a blessing that Ted is retired maintenance, but the flex and give that we had in the shower pan was excessive and had to be repaired and I'm sure it would be a fortune if you didn't do it yourself. We're thankful that no damage occured from water leaking at the drain, you would not notice a leak until it is too late. Most of the problem can be eliminated if the support for the pan is adquate, and no cracking occurs. Keystone is aware of the problem and has stopped using the pan we have. Thank heaven for Tiera RV and the help they have been.
Good Luck and hoping you don't have to replace anything. I'll post up the pictures as we go.

Our 2006 was supported by styrofoam. You might want to get additional styrofoam for your R&R.
