Warranty update

Since our local dealer refused to do any warranty work for us I contacted Keystone directly by email to let them know our DVD home theater system wasn`t working properly. Today a new one arrived at our door! Thanks Keystone Rv!

The dealer that refused service was Hufnagel and Majors in Harmony Pa. We tried to buy our Big Sky through them but he said Keystone would only sell him a minimum of three and the more expensive trailers don`t sell well here.. I think the refusal was the service manager(said it was too much paper work) and not the dealer himself. I did report it to Keystone.
