Looking to purchase a first 5th Wheel

Hi all,

I am looking to purchase a Keystone Rv Montana 3120RL.
This will be my first 5th Wheel trailer. I've pulled a lot of Travel Trailers and Utility Trailers but never a 5th wheel.
This will be a new challenge but one we are excited about.

You will find that pulling a 5th wheel is a much better experience then a bummer pull.

Pulling and backing will be different but just take it to an empty parking lot and practice a little. Most of us do like pulling a 5er better.

Congratulations on your new Montana fifth wheel trailer!! You will really like the towing stability and when arrive at your campground you will really like the interior space. Suggest a good quality hitch with an automatic locking lever. A rear camera for towing is a nice add on, albeit towed for 15+ years without one.

I started with a 5th wheel and found it easy. Backing is not a problem. Just remember the wheels are the pivot point. Put the wheels where you want them to go and the trailer will follow. I was concerned about backing into a spot. It's funny how many eyes you have watching you do it. LOL
