Add a window
Sue and I think we would like to add the Big Sky bathroom window. I will wait until we get some dew to see where the wall studs are.
I used to use a stud finder, but the darn thing went off every time I picked it up......, I know. I'm bad.
Anyone remember if there is a wall stud by the bathroom in their 3400RL?
Might be a nice addition.

took me a second Ozz - but I got it - LOL .
I would almost assume that if the 340RLQ doesn't have a stud there, the 3400 wouldn't either. But I honestly don't know. I thought that would be a nice addition as well, as soon as I saw it on the Big Sky.

Dude...your a stud...now back on topic. I have same thoughts about having a window in there...doesn't need to be much, provides some light, opens maybe with crank and should have etched or smoked windows...

Ozz, I know Sue wants to always help you with your stud finder. So, enlist her help, and you will find what you need. I'm with others in that the odds that the 340 vs the 3400 can be different is nil.
And, your prose is great!

He just can't help himself...I suffer from the same malady.
My wife finally decided to just let me have at it.
As long as I don't clutter the place up - now that I can live with.

Ozzie, you are the window and door expert, (and thanks for adjusting my screen door-works great now) what do you think about adding a window there in the bathroom?

Thank you for saying thanks...hehe. I wasn't going to tell anyone I tweeked on the modsters rig, but you let the cat out of the bag...
I'm trying to picture where you are talking about, but one thing does come to mind. You will need to use the same materials as the rest of the windows or it will look out of place. Find that source, the size you need, and some very good sealant.
I wish I could tell you it gives you good reason to head up our way (I'd love to help out), but something tells me you are well on the way towards the install already my friend.
