Yours is probably similar to ours. On the bathroom side of the door near the ceiling, is a piece of wood trim with two screws. Remove the wood trim and you can most likely access the slide rails. Once you get the door slid to the closed position you can reach both slide rollers and then do what ever you have to to get them back on in the track. I had to take both mine off to do this and then re hang the door. I also installed extra screws to the back end of the slide rail to keep it tight to the ceiling. Others have used a piece of long 2x2 to jam it tight to the ceiling. I hope this helps, good luck with it.
