factory installed DVD player/surround sound

hey y'all, i hope someone can help me. recently my factory dvd player/surround sound killed over and it's still under warranty. i have heard through the grapevine that i can turn it back in to montana and get a $400 credit so i can buy one of my choice. is this true, if so, how do i go about doing it?

I would contact Keystone customer service and see what they have to say. The Quest unit has been the topic of many debates over the past 7 months. I am thinking Keystone is going to be more likely to send you a new unit to begin with and go from there but, I have been wrong before. I am on my 3rd unit already and will be replacing it again this spring with the new Quest 3000, if that does not help I am going to go with an aftermarket of my choice. Keep us updated on the outcome...

Our Quest 3000 seems much improved over the earlier 1000/2000 versions. It still may not satisfy the true audiophiles among us, but it seems to work fine to me.

OntMont,
I am glad to hear that the Quest 3000 is better than the previous models. I am hoping this will solve the problem with playing cd's and dvd's. If not, it looks like I will be in the market for a new aftermarket system.
