We had topper fabric tar several times over the years, all RV service facilities can do it, last year I had my 16' replaced for $450

You can also do it yourself it is not a difficult replacement.

In fact Camping world right now has a sale on Toppers with discounted installation.

There are any number of compaanies selling topper replacement fabric plus different quality levels of base fabric material. I would never trust CW/Gander to do it right tho a GOOD trusted local independent should be fine

DIY is pretty easy but you do need to use care that the roller tube doesn't unroll by locking it first. A couple screws need to be removed, you and a helper can then slide the new in place, replace the screws, pull your locking pins and you are done. Obviously this is simplified but there are several You Tube videos that go step by step

As stated, not hard to replace. Works better with four hands.
