15V AC on the frame of a 3731FL

I just returned home last night from a trip to Georgia. I hookup my power from the house and started to unload. My son was looking at my bike rack on the back bumper of my 2017 3731FL and he got a little shock from the bolts that secure the bike rack to the bumper. so he check the jacks of the RV and they where hot also. I got out my multi meter this morning I have 15.2 volts AC on my ground (frame of my RV) I know from experience I need to find my bad ground on my RV. I don't trust the dealer because of other things they FIXED I had to redo them to have them fix the right way.
Now, where is the bad ground!!
