Your User ID...

Over the years this question was asked many many times and I think, for all our new family members, it's worth asking again.

How did you come up with your User ID? Some IDs are quite obvious while many are mind boggling.

So I'll start....

Glenn and Lorraine is one that's quite obvious. Can you figure it out????
It's simple, my name is Lorraine while my wife's name is Glenn or is it the other way around?

BTW-My wife just said her name is Lorraine and I'm Glenn. Whatever. I NEVER argue with the wife.

My initials are BB and we live in Texas. Didn't take a lot of imagination for that one.

Was a student pilot working towards my Civilian pilot's license when CBs were popular so CB handle was 'skypilot'; have just kept it.

My kids gave me my first, and only, internet name. No, I am not a Motorcycle Mama....I ride jet skiis....and only Yamahas!!! The name gives a impression of a tough girl...when in fact, I am a retired kindergarten teacher. You can take the girl out of the kindergarten...but you can't take the kindergarten out of the girl!!!

Thanks Glenn for starting this. You are right it has been a long time since we asked this question and it is always fun to see the answers.
I'm a Jimmy Buffett fan and his fans are called "Parrotheads".
BTW Glenn I think you have a typo in the title of this post.

When I first registered I was registered using a different ID which is what I used on other forums. After a few postings (not many I might add) I asked for it to be changed to “bill-n-donna.” I felt this to me more appropriate and fitting for this forum. I really don’t see the need to hide our names.

I would rather have it listed as “Bill-and-Donna” but I understand I'm only allowed 1 change!

Well I use to be a big harley guy-go figure with the name huh???Rode harleys for 26 years.Had some really really close calls with almost being killed on the bike. That for me was a sign from God saying"its time John to sell the bike"Rode home.parked it and sold it 4 days later.Once in a blue moon I do miss riding. But it was time for me to stay with 4 wheels instead of 2.

Too funny reading these posts! Love it. For me, we boated and fished on the Chesapeake Bay in a 26' cruiser before going "land yachting" in our Montana after retirement. Hence the name?! Go figure? Still have tons of tackle and rods in the stick house basement.
