EARLY ARRIVALS--UPDATE 9/19/2013--IMPORTANT

Just a note to remind those that will be arriving for the Fall Rally early.

You have to remember there is another rally before our Rally and they do not have to be out till Monday before our Rally starts. IF you arrive early-- do not expect to be able to get your Fall Rally parking site! If the previous rally individuals decide to stay over a day or two they have the right to stay in that spot. IF you arrive early and get a site assigned by the fairground personel, YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE from that site to your assigned site given to you by the MOC Administrator on the 23rd!! You cannot stay in the site given to you by the fairground personel if it is not the assigned site you will be given or assigned by the MOC Administrators! Remember even though you have paid for the assigned Rally site, that site is only paid for from September 25th thru October 1st by MOC. Any day prior to and following the Rally dates listed above is your responsibility to pay the fairground at their normal daily rate!

The WMs have nothing to do with the site assignments and it is NOT up to them prior to the Fall Rally. Your sites will be posted here under the Fall Rally Section once the Administrators know who is coming and who is not(SEPTEMBER 1st is that magic date for the cut off)and they make up the site assignment list as soon as they can not the day after the 1st. IF the individuals that have not paid yet for the Fall Rally but are registered would just get their fees paid via PayPal, as per instructions, the sooner the site assignments can be made by the Administrators. Thank you and see you in less than a month in Goshen!

UPDATE 8/30--
You may enter the fairgrounds through any gate open BUT:

1. For those attendees that will be EARLY ARRIVALS and/or STAYING AFTER THE RALLY for a couple of days--- The site fee is $28.99/night plus tax.YOU MUST GO TO THE FAIRGROUND OFFICE TO REGISTER and pay for THOSE nights ONLY! The Rally nights of Sept 25-October 1st will already be paid for IF you have paid your money via PayPal prior to Sept. 1st-- IF NOT, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A SITE! IF POSSIBLE the office will try and put you in your Fall Rally site if you arrive early(unless there is still someone in your site yet from the previous rally then you will be given another site and will have to move to your Fall Rally assigned site on Tuesday or Wednesday). Please be patient with the fairground office staff if they cannot put you in your Fall Rally site. They have no control over the previous rally attendees and their departure date until our Rally starts!

2. ALL EARLY AND NORMAL ARRIVAL UNITS MUST go to the fairground office for registration with them and get your window sticker/card prior to going to your site and be led by a Fall Rally ESCORT. If arriving early refer to post #1 of update above!

If you see a line at the fairground office when you arrive, please line up in the big parking lot in order of arrival, check in at the office, go back to your TV and unit and wait for the Escorts to take you to your site.

Fall Rally Registration will be conducted in the BIG TENT on Wednesday, September 25th from 9 AM to 4 PM. After you have checked in at the fairground office you will be ESCORTED to your Fall Rally assigned site. Park your unit, set up and THEN come to the Big TENT and register with the WMs and their helpers on WEDNESDAY the 25th. No registering early! Sorry!!!

UPDATE 9/1-- Just a helpful note to all of you that might be coming in early to the Fall Rally and plan on staying at the fairgrounds before the Rally starts-- More than one of our attendees called the fairgrounds to book early arrival and they were told that they could not come in until Monday, Sept. 23rd! SOOOO- if you are planning on coming early to the Fall Rally, we suggest you call the fairgrounds and check to see if you can get in! You may have to make other arrangements for a campground until the 23rd or after. See you there!

Dale - Don't know where you got your info, but Site Assignments DO NOT come out on 9/2 - they will be posted when LadyRV & the Admins finish them. NO specific date was ever posted.

You really don't need them until you arrive at the Fairgrounds because, as Ron said, You CAN'T get in until the 23rd anyway. The Fairgrounds will also have a copy, but the list WILL be posted before your arrival - keep checking the Rally Site...

Claudia and I are camped out in Warsaw, IN at a very nice campground called Hoffman Lake Campground. We have full hook up and a peek of the lake. If anyone cares to join us, the phone number for the campground is: 574-858-9628. We plan to get to the rally on Monday

Warsaw, ID is a bit far for us, however Warsaw, IN is a lot closer. We've never been to Hoffman Lake in ID but have been to Hoffman Lake in IN. and yes, it is a nice campground.
