New Mod to our 3850FL

We have had an on going problem with the sliding door between the bath and bedroom. Today.... the new fix. I took the door off the slide rail, cut it down and mounted it with non mortise hinges. It how opens into the bathroom towards the lavatory. No more falling door as we travel. Hope you other 3850 owners have not had the same problem with this door breaking loose while enroute.

I had considered that when we bought the unit, and the dealer had even agreed to purchase a matching door and trim it to fit. Still may pursue that option if the door presents a problem as yours did.

Ours hasn't broken loose, but we've had problems with it popping out of the lower bracket, which would jam the door shut. This past week my husband moved a screw on the bracket and it hasn't given us any more problems. But it was starting to get very annoying and if he hadn't just fixed it, I'd be showing him your post right now!
