Rusty screws
We're down on the coast, and everything that can will rust here. All the screw heads (especially on the driver's side) have rusted. I recently saw some stainless screws with painted heads at Lowe's, but they were rather pricey. I started searching on the internet, and found identical screws on boltdepot.com at a much better price. So, I ordered 100 3/4" #8 and 100 1" ones, all white (25 bucks including shipping). I have put several in, but you need to keep a sharp drill bit handy. I've had three or four that were apparently over torqued at the factory. The head came off, but the break in the screw was already rusty.
Not sure anyone else has the rust problem, but just wanted to make all aware of a supply source. They were very prompt in shipment also.
