I sent a complaint to Pilot via their website, screenshot of their response below:
I called them, got an email from Rep so I could send screenshot from TSD's website (screenshot below).
Someone's not telling the truth. Just got another response from Pilot regarding TSD reselling fuel...BS.

I have always used Pilot/Flying J, but Loves and TA's are good truck stops. If Pilot's Good Sams contract prevents them from giving a different discount to RV's, so be it. See ya Pilot/Flying J, guess I don't need my RV Plus card anymore.
As for Pilot/Flying J not selling fuel to TSD trucks; sounds dumb on their part if they can really tell a difference between a truck and RV card.

What would come to mind is the fuel quantity would be a lot less and that if trackable. Most trucks aren’t buying sub 100 gallons

Received an email from TSD stating Petco discount is now higher than Loves. At this time my RV PLUS CARD is absolutely worthless. What a money maker that card is for Marcus! If the card discount was $0.45 even as an Elite member getting 9 cents that left 36 cents per gallon for Marcus and we thought we were getting a bargain.

I got the same email but I didn’t think Loves would drop that much!!! Guess some savings is better than no savings??? However I think other ‘local’ stations will have Better priced fuel than the Loves discounted prices now.

I had hoped Loves would not drop their discount but Petco would increase theirs. I did expect the amount of discount to go down as the price went down, had to. Still have to be happy with TSD/EFS.

I am very reluctant to give out my SS# to ANYBODY. Not saying I won't do it, but I would really prefer not to...
And now it looks like some of the discount locations are disappearing, or at least being reduced?

Major changes at Loves. Now it's only $.16, which, considering the high retail price at Love's isn't a deal. Unfortunately, TA isn't as ubiquitous, so that makes the card a bit less useful. Too bad, but it was good while it lasted.

We are saving $.66 discount at the TA near us. Any discount off the retail price adds up for us. We love using the TSD card. It's so easy and it's not a credit card. Better than the Good Sam Card! this TSD can be used at several stations and not just Pilot/Flying J. They just added Cash Magic as well. They are working hard to get more stations added to their network in the US and Canada. Don't pass up this card.
