New Batteries

Well I went an spent some money on two new batteries by Optima the D31M's I should have all kinds of power now. They are vent free, no filling, just charging, I would like to get a Small Soler cell for chargin them when I am dry camping to keep them charged , does antboby have any experance with a LOW PRICED cell that will stop charging the battery when the battery has maxed out?
