Rally Setup - MORE than enough Help - Thanks!
This area is for those who want to help out the day before & the day of the rally to help setup tables, chairs, help organize the tents, & whatever else needs to be done before the 'Meet-n-Greet-n-Eat' on Wednesday, the first evening of the rally.
Note - if we have an abundance of setup helpers, I MAY split this into 2 sections: Rally Setup & Registration/Welcome Bags (stuffing). If any of you guys don't care to do the latter, not a problem.
As we get closer to the big party, I'll post a date/times to meet.
