Dryer Vent Heat?

Yes I do but I realized that I posted in the wrong area and tried to edit but it didn’t. Dryer vent that I am getting ready to install blows the exhaust straight down the side of the paint. Is the exhaust so hot that it might damage the paint ? I’m thinking a 110 dryer might not be that hot but not sure. Thanks

Outlet temp from the dryer should be less than 140f. The vent putting out that heat in the downward direction, but will curve outward as it tries to rise in the cooler outside air temperature. I doubt that it will harm the finish anywhere near the sun and high ultraviolet rays.

You will find that the humidity in the exhaust air will condense on the side wall and lint will collect there but no damage.
