Mystery Drain on 295RL
All, Just picked up this unit from the dealer and noticed it has a second drain under the unit in the rear near the fresh water drain. It looks identical to the fresh water drain that they pointed to in my walk around at the dealer, but they said nothing about this second drain point. Just to be clear, these are not the low point drains which are farther up the unit and accessed from the utility panel area and the drain in question is farther back by the Fresh water drain. The picuture is being taken from the rear driving side of the unit looking to the front. The nearest drain is the fresh drain they told me.
Appreciate any help you can offer.

Possibly the icemaker for the fridge? I see that model has a residential refer?

Could very possibility be that it's the Fresh Water Vent/Overflow.

At least it has a valve on it!
Our Montana 3741FK just had a cap on the fresh water drain. I ditched that and put a valve on there, so I didn't have to crawl under there every time to drain the fresh water.
Some of the things that are different about Montana's and HC's are baffling for sure...

With a shut-off valve? That seems like that doesn't make a lot of sense...

Not likely, there's a valve on it. The water pump wouldn't work if it was closed.

This does appear to be near the icemaker/fridge but not right under it.

No sure what that hose is.
On our fresh water drain, I added a valve AND pipe insulation to prevent freezing.

Didn't think about that in cold climates. There is probably about 6" sticking out or so on ours, and that would freeze solid, and either break the pipe, or the fitting.
I had better get that fixed before we go camping over Thanksgiving week. Could be well below freezing where we are going.

What comes out?
If it's fresh water, it probably comes from the fresh tank.

Since it is in the very back of the unit, I'm guessing it is the fresh water tank drain but I've never seen a petcock on the end of them. Normally just a tube hanging down with a cap on the end. I like the idea and may just have to modify mine so I can drain the tank from the side of the unit. The additions to the units is never ending. It looks to me the residential frig drain which is also the second blue line coming down from the belly is up a little further closer to the axle.

That is strange. Mine has a sewer line from my kitchen that goes to the gray side. It is hard to reach. I am putting an extension on it. It is in about the same place

That drain looks like my fresh water tank drain. Where did they show you was the other drain?

I think this is your answer. I have the 3731FL also. Manual says to turn off ice maker in freezing weather as the water line has exposed section to the slide. There should be a water shutoff under the sink that you close and then open that drain to remove any water that's In the line. Mine was in the center of the underbelly so I added an elbow and section of pex clamped to the drivers side near the convenience center. I didn't want to have to crawl under to drain that in freezing and maybe snowy weather.

The one in the center of the unit is your icemaker drain. The one behind the axel in the rear is your freshwater tank drain. It is just like our 331RL.

Hello
I to have a 295rl.
Yes the drain that is near the spare tire holder just behind the axel is the drain for the icemaker.
The drain back more towards the rear is the fresh water drain.
Under the refrigerator slideout is a short white hose that unscews from the blue line which is also the line to the icemaker. i unhooked it and drained alot of water from there to before freezing temps came.
