2011 Mid-Atlantic Rally update
I believe that we can do alright charging $25.00 per RV for the rally fee. Let me know what your thoughts are. I will try to get an agenda out next week. We have 26 families signed up and I trying my best to keep operating costs down. I need to get a list of supplies that we may have so I know what to buy. Send me feedback. Thanks to all.

Steve,
I have a box of stuff left from the previous rallies that I will be bringing. I will do an inventory in the next couple of days and PM you with what we have. We are planning on arriving Wednesday evening.

Steve,
We have some stuff. I'll check it out this weekend and PM you. If you think $25.00 will cover it, that's fine. Don't cut yourself short.

Jim is right. Don't forget that half is sent to support the forum. Of course it depends on what all you have in mind.

I think that we will do fine sending at least half of the registration fee and half-n-half to support the forum. I'll get us a good deal on some more paper products and we have had some pretty nice door prizes donated so far. We are going to do alright. Thanks.

Great. If you get there before I do (Wed) just pick out a site and set up. There won't be any assigned sites, just wherever you want in Section A & P. We can use those sites as pull-thrus. I may come up on Tues, if I can work it out. See y'all there.
