Newbe

We are new owners of a 3780RL and love the Montana line.
However after one trip between Colorado and Phoenix we noticed a 6 inch crack underneath one of the bedroom slides as anybody hear have experience with this???

Thanks

Never seen that, but from where it is, it looks like a manufacturing defect. I would post this in the general discussion forum, and if it's in warranty get it looked at ASAP, that is not going to be an easy fix.

It does happen but not very often. I would absolutely pursue with your dealer as a warranty issue.

Wow, that looks nasty! If your Phoenix and need some warrenty work done on it I highly recommend the people at RV Country in Mesa, AZ. Ask for Brian in the service area and see if they can be of assistance. We bought our Montana there a few weeks ago and so far they have been GREAT. We bought a 2020 Montana 3121RL and so far just love it. Some minor fixes but nothing major as of yet. We leave on a longer voyage this week so I'm sure if things go wrong this trip should bring them out. Anyhow, take care, be careful out there and enjoy your new rig!!

My 2017 3820FK had a seam at the forward lower corner that started bulging which was a broken weld on the wall frame. this happened after manufactures warranty, and wasn't covered in the extended warranty, and Keystone didn't offer a 3 year structural warranty till later in the year. After my DW contacted Keystone and long story short Keystone did us right and paid to have it fixed, even though it didn't have the warranty.
