Smart Straw is Moveable!!

I like the new "smart straw" that the WD40 Company is selling on their spray lube products. I liked them so much that I decided to only buy Smart Straw products. I have sometimes lost the straw on the other products and it can also fall off when you are in the middle of a spray lube task.

So I was dismayed when I needed more PTFE Dry Lube and the store only had old style products in stock. But then I had an idea: can I remove the nozzle from the old smart straw can and install it on the new spray can made by another company? The answer is YES!! It's a little messy to make the switch but it works great!

Another great idea or hint for all of us to use. Going to have to try it when I empty my next "smart straw" can of spray!

I have been using old smart straw on new cans for awhile. Like goodellj says it is a little messy but worth the effort.
