I just purchased an iSmart alarm system. No required monitoring just WIFI and I have 7-door sensors, 2-video, 2-motion sensors, Keypad and remote with base station. The system will text you and email alerts. Did a ton of research looking for an alarm that will notify me without paying monthly monitoring and have all the bells and whistles. With my cellular WIFI I'll have full time 24/7 monitoring. It should be arriving in the next week or so.

All I can say about that is if I need an elaborate security system of any kind, I'm not camping there or leaving my camper there.....

I was more worried about the three months it sits during the winter time and figured why not do it right. The thought behind the camera's was to be able to see the inside while running down the road or to check on the pets while were out.

I also have a 2014 3735MK (Love it), and have installed the RV Locks on both entry doors and they work great! I was going to install the RV Locks on the cargo doors as well, but according to the pictures on the RV Lock website, they don’t offer a product to replace the handles/locks that are installed on my unit. Take a picture of the “back” of your current lock/handle and compare it with the pictures on their website. I’d be curious to hear if they have a product to replace your locks/pulls.

As a retired locksmith I have heard the old adage “locks only keep the honest people honest” far too many times. If that’s all they do then why lock anything? The real goal of locks is to slow the dishonest one down making it a better chance of getting caught. Given enough time an amateur could get into Fort Knox. The problem is with all the security, locks included, you’re going to get caught. And probably shot! Just like if I catch you breaking into my rv/home.
