Woody, contacted Bish via PM per your request. As my waving and signing skills are lacking, my preference is escort. When I helped previously, I used my bike (non-electric) to escort but would gladly use one of the golf carts. When do you want us to show up for first shift on the 6th? Marilyn could help with signing or waving as long as our pup could be her escort.

Frank, I've got you coming in on the fifth, right. We'll be working all day the sixth, busier in the afternoon than the morning. When you're free just come up to the parking lot and join the party. And pups are always welcome.

I signed up for parking, we will be in Shipshawana from the 3rd to the 6th preparing for the rally. Will come over early on the 6th with our Montana.

And if you want to start having fun before every one else you can sign up for the "Parking Team". This is really one of the high lights of the entire rally. Okay, maybe not the entire rally, but the rally won't start until every one is parked. And we can only do that with volunteers.
There will be multiple additions to this thread and if you have suffered with me this long than you might have what it takes to be on the "Parking Team". Those that have volunteered in the past will know how much fun this is. And if they say otherwise they are wrong, mistaken, or sober. So give it some thought and if you want to be part of the bestest group of MOCers at the rally, Please submit your Name, arrival date, best guess at arrival time (AM or PM helps).

We're doing pretty good but we can never have too much help, Especially Wednesday the sixth. Any one who can get in early and help in the afternoon would be greatly appreciated.
Remember, parking team helpers will get priority parking on the sixth. No bribes and/or cookies required. After five PM it will cost a bourbon.

If at all possible I would like the Parking Team members who come in on the fifth to get together at seven PM that night to go over the ground rules. We're also using a new area this year and eliminating on old one. You gotta see it to believe it. Dress code is park casual and BYOB. We may be able to work out the loaner golf carts at that time. See you all there.

My husband and I have signed up to help. Hopefully you received the form because I haven't received the email yet.
This is our first time volunteering on the parking team. Steve has peripheral nerve damage to his feet and is unable to stand for prolonged periods of time. Debbie can help where needed.
We will do our best to arrive on the afternoon of the 5th. If not, we'll arrive the morning of the 6th.

Smkn 454 here, I didn't see your post since we've been vacationing in the Rockies with little to no internet. I gather you have your 10 people, since there's no link to click I'm pretty sure we could get there on the 5th if your offer is still available otherwise we'll be there around noon on the 6th with my orange vest in one hand & a sandwich in the other hand!

Hope you had fun in the upper altitudes. Unfortunately for you we have all we can take on the fifth. But noon on the sixth would be great. Just don't take a bite out of the vest. Those orange threads look funky stuck between your teeth.
