Waiting for the dr.:

TWO DIFFERENT DOCTORS' OFFICES
Boy, if this doesn't hit the nail on the head, I don't know what does! Two patients limp into two different medical clinics with the same complaint. Both have trouble walking and appear to require a hip replacement. The FIRST patient is examined within the hour, is x-rayed the same day and has a time booked for surgery the following week.
The SECOND sees his family doctor after waiting 3 week for an appointment, then waits 8 weeks to see a specialist, then gets an x-ray, which isn't reviewed for another week and finally has his surgery scheduled for a month from then. Why the different treatment for the two patients?
The FIRST is a Golden Retriever.
The SECOND is a Senior Citizen.

Ain't that the truth!!! The situation is the same up here in the land of free health care only thing is you can add several months to those wait times for the senior citizen! If we need a test of some type done in a hurry we just jump across the border into North Dakota and pay for the procedure.

Which border are you going to jump across when the new administration provides us with the same kind of health care you have in Canada??
