Wall protector behind stove

Hi this is Jim's better half Diane. In our unit there is a clear plastic film on the wall behind the stove. It's getting a bit old and I want to replace it. It separates from the wall covering without any problem. Is this a product that anyone knows about? What's it called and where do I get it?
