I had a good exsperience at at camping world. Went to the Hershey show saw what we liked. My current unit was on the lot in Va. Got a price that was even cheaper than a couple of other dealers. Wrote them a check and walked out after a PDI and all issues fixed. Every one was happy.
My big issue was with Keystone on a warranty issue that they said I did. (Front frame flex) said "I abused the camper". Bullsh-t and I told the little girl with the hair ball on top of her head so.
Camping world pulled me aside and said Keystone refused to authorize the repair and they can`t fix this for nothing as it was a big repair. I agreed with him and went home and fixed it myself and forgot about it.
Alot of time the dealers hands are tided because of Keystone, the root of most issues. Or people that don`t know what a screw driver is for and their expectations of the dealer they bought from.
