Tire/axle question

Ok troops, we are in Texas and around San Antonio and we noticed we have some wear on the insides only of both tires on the second axle. Tire pressure is fine in both tires so what have I got for a problem? Is the axle messed up or what? Any help would be appreciated.
If you know of an axle place in San Antonio please make a reference to it also.
