I set up this when I got our 1st 5r two years ago and tested it out at home..... 3/4" 18" break bar with an extra 3' piece of 3/4" iron pipe
Have added the Kobalt Brushless 24V 1/2" Impact Wrench as a bit of an advantage.

Once the lug nuts are broken loose, I've found that any battery powered drill can spin them off so carry a Ridgid 18V Drill/Driver kit with 2 Lithium Ion batteries.

One very important thing to carry is a good bottle jack and possibly jack stands. Also some heavy wood like the 14"x14"x1" solid Red Oak from my neighbors 75 year old tree that took a fall during the most recent tropical storm. You just never know when hauling these big 5rs where you might get stranded.

I would say that if you need to use a breaker bar with a 3 or 4 foot cheater bar your Lug Nuts are WAY to TIGHT, just my opinion.
I just changed all four tires and wheels in July and just used a normal breaker bar and 6 point socket and I'm a 70 year old Female. When reinstalling, firmed up with the breaker bar and finished up with a Torque Wrench in three steps.

I agree, if you need a cheater bar to loosen your lug nuts, they are WAY to tight.

120 ft lbs is pretty stout using a standard length 1/2 " ratchet. Why not make it easy with a cheater...you don't sweat as much.

You should not be using a ratchet to loosen or tighten them. Breaker bar to loosen, torque wrench to tighten. But I suppose in a pinch a ratchet with a small cheater to loosen would suffice. A 3 foot cheater is overkill IMHO

Used to carry all kinds of tools, plus compressor, bottle jacks and all. Never used any except compressor to top of tires.
Now we have 6 point level up, got a light Craftsman 12/120v compressor and ditched all the extra weight and if we have a flat I just will use the cell phone and call roadside (no cheater needed).

He who dies with the most toys...err,TOOLS, wins .
I would love having an impact gun, but after having but one flat tire on a towed trailer in 40+ years, have stayed with carrying a dedicated for travel 18" breaker bar, a 4" extension and a 13/16" socket. It works on the truck as well. Money in fist, almost made it to the Lowe's checkout counter at least 2x before my sanity returned. I do have a HF Earthquake air impact for home use though and it does OK for those uses

I use a Rigid 1/2", it's very robust. Got it as a Christmas present from DW, but had my doubts about a battery operated impact. Even considered taking it back, but decided to try it. Boy was I surprised! Works better than my air powered one!
